Coat Check (5:00 PM to 11:30 PM)
• As guests arrive, take guests coats, assign a coat-check tag, give corresponding ticket to guest so they can
collect their coat at the end of the evening.
• As guests leave, collect coat-check tickets, and return coats to guests.
Raise for Relief Spotters (8:45 PM to 9:15 PM)
• Aid auctioneer in spotting patrons who raise their “paddle” to donate, and record donor bid numbers on a
form that will be provided to you.
• Once a donation is confirmed provide the guest with a light up bracelet.
• Turn in form to Raise for Relief lead, who you will be introduced to during training.

Parking
Complimentary Parking will be available in the Capital Center Parking garage. The entrance to the garage
is around the side of the building (7 Wendell St, Albany, NY 12207).
All volunteers should arrive by 4 PM for a team dinner, review of evening, and training.

This is a black or red tie event. Volunteers are invited to match this attire, or if you are more comfortable,
