This opportunity is for schools and 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations who wish to host a station at Union College's Free Community Carnival - Sunday, May 17 from 1pm-4pm at Union College.
Station Info
Stations can be used to promote the services and upcoming events of your organization, but must also include a hands-on activity for children in attendance. We encourage you to think beyond just coloring sheets and create an engaging station that families will enjoy as part of their experience.
Organizations planning to take part in this event must staff their table for the full length of the program 1pm-4pm. Event setup begins at 12pm. If you need assistance setting up your station, please let us know and we can provide Union students to support you.
Signing Up
When signing up for this opportunity, please include your organization name in the Response Notes or your request may not be approved. If you already know your activity plans, you can include them in the Response Notes. If you are still planning your activity, please be sure to let us know by May 8 so we can ensure we have adequate space assigned to your organization.
If you have questions, or need activity ideas, feel free to reach out to Ben DeAngelis at deangelb@union.edu.
