Join Love Your Block for a top soil rebuilding project in the South End neighborhood! We will be layering burlap sacks, compost and mulch to create an organic barrier for a resident with elevated levels of lead in their backyard. We will then be planting grass seeds, adding straw on top, and watering.
All tools and materials will be provided. There will be no lunch break but snacks and water will be available along with gardening gloves.
