All volunteers will meet at the third-floor terrace, come in via State Street up the stairs into the Legislative Office Building (LOB). Go through security and you will see us on the other side of the terrace. Ask for Becca.
Jobs needed:
- 10 - 11:30 AM - 2 bus greeters at the end of the concourse. At 9:30 am, meet at the third-floor terrace, come in via State Street up the stairs into the Legislative Office Building (LOB). Pick up signs and go to the end of the concourse toward the museum. Buses will unload at Madison Avenue and come down the stairs. Be there to greet them and point down the concourse and let them know to head all the way down to security, then enter the LOB to the left.
- 10 - 11:30 AM - 2-3 people for Registration Table - handing out folders, checking in people and helping hand out T-shirts.
- 11-1 PM - 2 people collect the lunch tickets and hand out the lunch boxes to volunteers.
- 2:30-4 PM - 2 people to monitor food stations and making sure people are with our group.
