Love Your Block will be putting together this year's round of Bucket Gardens! They're 5 gallon buckets filled with small rocks at the bottom, mulch, potting soil, and either a tomato or pepper, herbs, and marigolds to be distributed amongst residents for neighborhood beautification and teaching how to grow food. We will be constructing approximately 150 new buckets with the option for residents to come back to refill their buckets and take plants. Volunteers will help fill the buckets, transplant, water, label, and distribute to the community. Any participant is more than welcome to take a bucket home. We hope you will consider joining us to make our neighborhoods a little more green :)

| Inclement Weather Plan: If there is inclement weather the event will be rescheduled to the following day Sunday 6/8 at the same time and location. If both days have heavy rain then it will be rescheduled to the following Saturday 6/15. We reserve the right to reschedule the event to later in the day on either 6/7, 6/8, or 6/15 to work around potential rain and storms. | |
