Who We Are

At the Catholic Charities Housing Office, we believe everyone deserves a safe, stable place to call home.

Our team is dedicated to meeting people where they are and walking alongside them on their journey out of homelessness and toward brighter futures. We develop vibrant communities, coordinate personalized case management, and empower residents to achieve housing stability and self-sufficiency.  Hand-in-hand with our community partners, we provide permanent housing options and comprehensive support services that create pathways to brighter futures for individuals and families facing homelessness in the Capital Region.

What We Do

The Catholic Charities Housing Office administers several housing programs to serve those facing housing instability in the Capital Region. Our Affordable Apartments program provides affordable housing units for families and individuals across three counties. We also operate Permanent Supportive Housing for formerly homeless individuals and families, which pairs affordable housing with case management and supportive services.

Volunteers are welcomed to assist with move-in/move-outs, property maintenance, life skills classes, providing meals and entertainment, donation collections, or other hands-on activities to create a positive impact.
