(BCNI) is Schenectady NY’s leading not-for-profit housing and community development organization. Serving the community for more than 50 years, we offer housing services for low-to-moderate-income homebuyers, property owners, and renters in Schenectady and throughout the region. Our work is driven by a simple mission: to build and support resilient neighborhoods where residents of all backgrounds can flourish. We do this by offering an array of services from financial counseling to assistance buying, renting or repairing and rehabilitating homes.
