VITA Greeter Responsibilities:

Greet all taxpayers visiting the tax site to create a pleasant atmosphere.

Screen all taxpayers upon arrival at the site to ensure that each has the necessary information required to complete his/her return.

Monitor site traffic to ensure that sufficient time is allowed for all taxpayers being checked in at the site to receive assistance.
