The Walk-N-Roll for Spina Bifida® is a family-friendly one-mile walk event that raises critical funds, increases awareness of Spina Bifida, and celebrates the accomplishments of the 4,000+ New Yorkers living with Spina Bifida. The event takes place at Central Park in Schenectady, NY from 10:00am-1:00pm on Sunday, May 18th, 2025. Event features include a friends and family picnic with activities for everyone, raffles, music, a food truck, and vendors from the community.
We are seeking volunteers from 8:00am-2:00pm and anywhere in between! Here is a list of current volunteer opportunities
Set up: 15 people, 8am-10am
Registration: 2 people, 9am-11am
Merchandise Sales: 2 people, 930am-130pm
Breakfast Station: 2 people, 9am-12pm
Ice Cream Sundae Station, 4 people, 12-1pm
Assist rollers around the pond: 3 people, 11:00am-12:00pm
Kids station: 2 people, 930am-130pm
Break down: 15 people, 1pm-2pm
