For this project we will be completing general garden work and garden cleanup to prepare for the new season!
The Vegetable Project is a volunteer group that leads school gardening programs in Albany city schools, seeking to meet needs of students who would particularly benefit from getting outside, working their hands in soil and learning about where their food comes from, students who in many cases pose especially significant challenges at school
Transportation will be provided from UAlbany Campus!
Transportation will be provided from the Campus Center/ Science Library Bus Circle
Please arrive at the the Bus circle by 12:15 pm. Look for the volunteer host who will have a large sign that correlates to this need. They will have on a brown baseball cap with a purple “you are here” symbol.
